I can appreciate this as I’ve had to live with a lot of pain in my shoulder and elbows Complicated by a fractured heel and a fractured hand plus a broken ankle these things combined lead to a lot of pain making it difficult to earn a living these days I’m mostly comfortable all though I have to exercise three times a week to stay that way plus I do stretching frequently….
